Cellular Phones
In consideration of
our guests, we ask that all pagers and cellular phones are turned down while you are being pampered. This is your time
- take advantage of it!
Cancellations
To enable us to serve
all of our guest well, please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Health
To help us serve you
better, all of our guests receiving services are required to complete our Health Questionnaire. Please inform us if you are
pregnant, have high blood pressure, diabetes, any known allergies or health concerns or if any health conditions have changed
since your last visit with us.
When To Arrive
On your first visit
we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow time for any necessary
paperwork to be completed and for any questions or concerns that you may have to be answered.
What To Wear
Be comfortable - dress
for relaxation! Make-up will be removed before any facial treatments. For pedicures we ask that you wear 'open toed'
footwear. As the Spa Management does not accept responsibility for lost or misplaced items, we suggest that you leave
valuable jewelry at home.
Reservations
To best accommodate
your schedule and your needs, we suggest that you book in advance for your next appointment.
Gratuities are not included in service prices but are gratefully accepted and left at your discretion
